Manager will develop and implement the sales, marketing, and
promotional efforts of Trimble construction products in a manner
that reflects the company's vision of working as "One Professional
Team." This position is responsible for the sales operations of
SITECH Rocky Mountain. Responsibilities include leadership,
coaching, and direction of the SITECH Sales Specialists to meet the
complete Trimble needs of our customers.Direct reports may include
Tech Products Support Assistant, Tech Products Sales Order
Coordinator, Tech Products Specialist.Pay Range: $68,000.00 -
$93,000.00 Annually
Pay is dependent on education and experience.Essential
Functions:

- Work with Tech Product Specialist, Sales Managers and Machine
Sales Representatives to facilitate customer adoption of Trimble
machine control products and site positioning systems.
- Coach Sales Specialists on standards of performance regarding
territory coverage and planning, sales call expectations, equipment
applications, and problem solving
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the General
Manager
- Lead sales support personnel and maintain organized and
efficient processes
- Communicate with sales, marketing and other areas as
needed
- Work with Technology Support Manager to ensure accuracy and
profitability of sales quotes
- Define and strive to achieve departmental and individual sales
goals
- Understand and utilize profit and loss statements
- Create annual sales department goals and forecast
- Complete annual performance assessments of sales personnel
including sales representative competencies and makes action plans
for improvement
- Develops, maintains, and implements strategy for overall
territory coverage using customer analysis, construction reports,
CRM information, and customer growth.
- Actively share relevant information to be more effective with
our team and our customers
- Communicate in a fashion that fosters effective interaction
with others
- Maintain proactive and creative posture to increase sales
activity
- Create and coordinate promotional customer events
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with both
internal and external customers
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
- All other duties assigned by managerSupervisory
Responsibilities:
- Approve labor hours in ELC
- Interviews and hires for approved positions
- Provides ongoing performance feedback and conducts employee
performance reviewsRequired Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or an equivalent
combination of education and experience
- 2+ years with CAT or Trimble and/or surveying companies
- 5+ years sales management and/or project management
- 5+ years administrative/clerical experience
- 5+ years customer service experience
- 5+ years sales experienceAdditional Eligibility Requirements:
- Valid Driver's LicenseCompetencies:
- Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning,
organizational, communication & math skills
- Safety & product Knowledge
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Wagner Equipment Co.'s various departments'
operating practices preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPointWork Environment:
- Noise: Quiet, Environment: Indoors and outdoorsPhysical
Demands:
- Talking, sitting, use of hands, hearing,
squatting/kneeling
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, etc.
- Medium work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to
