Job Description:
Summary:Manages the program including mitigation, preparedness,
response, and recovery for system regions. Assists in developing
and maintaining the Hospital Security Program. Assists in the
development of programs that focus on personal protection,
workplace violence, loss prevention, safety management, customer
service, and crime awareness.Work Schedule: Full Time
DaysResponsibilities:Develops program goals, plans and standards
consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical objectives of
the organization. Manages and evaluates information technologies,
service level determination and complaint management, to achieve
performance objectives. Coordinates work unit efforts with multiple
departments. Conducts Hazard Vulnerability risk assessments,
responds to incidents, leads multi-disciplinary teams, writes and
manages grants, and conducts and evaluates disaster exercises.
Plans and monitors program activities to identify required
resources for the successful implementation of initiatives,
strategies, and other projects. Assists with program budgets and
ensures the program operates in compliance with allocated
funding.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills,
decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal
supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and
take appropriate action. Requirements:
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related
field.Required Licensure/Certification: None required. Preferred:
NIMS ICS courses ICS 100, 200, 700 and 800. Minimum Experience: 3
years of experience in related field utilizing emergency
preparedness standards.
- IF APPLICABLE: BLS through the American Heart Association or
the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card
in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through
sixty days of hire. All life support certification cards must be
issued by either the American Heart Association or the American Red
Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer. (American Red Cross for the
Professional Rescuer is only good upon hire and all renewals will
need to be through an American Heart Association sanctioned

position is: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on
applicant's relevant experience.An annual bonus may be paid to
