MARKETING MANAGER

East Daley provides unbiased, actionable market intelligence to many of the largest midstream companies in the oil and gas industry, as well as investors and capital market participants to provide them the EDC Advantage with their strategy and execution.
Current market volatility and uncertainty create immense opportunity for EDC, because the East Daley team is comprised of highly motivated professionals driven by the challenge of holistically dissecting the energy space and identifying data that can help clients decipher the value chain from producer to demand market.
East Daley Capital is seeking a - Marketing Manager -to join our sales and marketing team and to help our company scale to the next level. The salary range for the position is $80,000 to $100,000 with a potential bonus.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping to drive awareness and engagement across key audiences by leading instrumental, integrated marketing campaigns highlighting East Daley's unique product offerings of unparalleled data and insights. This role will be an exempt position reporting to the Director of Marketing and based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This is a hybrid position so applicants should reside in Colorado or be willing to relocate.

Goals of Position
- - - - - - -Create acquisition lead generation campaigns within HubSpot (email, social media, dedicated website landing pages) to drive qualified leads
- - - - - - -Leverage past digital campaign results and industry research to recommend an optimized digital strategy that supports lead generation efforts (digital marketing mix, spend) on a limited B2B budget
- - - - - - -Leverage marketing performance metrics to provide recommendations to marketing director of shifts and changes to optimize communications
- - - - - - -Support PR outreach and coordination with product team with industry publications leveraging media list (press releases, schedule interviews)
- - - - - - -Own social media strategy and execution (Twitter, LinkedIn) with content team input
- - - - - - -Manage execution of events (product team coordination, upload slides, tracking) and proactively look for new venues for EDC to have a presence.
- - - - - - -Own marketing reporting across channels (email, social, etc.) and provide recommendations on areas for improvement
- - - - - - -Create sales support material (one-sheeter, emails, etc.) to support lead generation campaigns
- - - - - - -Collaborate with the content team to leverage key messages and salient points that showcase EDC unique value prop to attract and engage target prospect audience
- - - - - - -Own audience profiles that incorporate key learnings from sales, product, and customer success teams to provide an overall understanding of each target audience
- - - - - - -Own development of marketing plan with input from key stakeholders

Success Metrics of Position Goals
- - - - - - -Drive quality leads for the sales team
- - - - - - -Create and distribute error-free product emails to East Daley subscribers
- - - - - - -Own weekly campaign reporting across channels (email, social, website, etc.)
- - - - - - -Timely execution of integrated marketing plan
- - - - - - -Own website updates (weekly content, landing page development in HubSpot) that are completed in a timely manner
- - - - - - -Proactive monitoring of industry events on a quarterly basis (virtual and in-person)
- - - - - - -Consistent, frequent posting on social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter)

- - - - - - -Thorough understanding of marketing elements (print, digital, events, advertising)
- - - - - - -Exceptional communication and writing skills
- - - - - - -Strong analytical capabilities, ability to leverage data to create recommendations on how to improve communications via tools (Google Analytics)
- - - - - - -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience within email platforms (i.e. HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.) is preferred
- - - - - - -B2B communication experience is preferred but not required

Education/Experience
- - - - - - -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related degree
- - - - - - -4 - 6 years professional experience
- - - - - - -Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role and effectiveness in creating, developing lead generation campaigns that drive sales.
- - - - - - -Experience at an ad agency, B2B background, or in Marketing Technology is a plus.
