Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates who are aligned with the company's culture and values. They're in charge of planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy. This includes working with marketing and across the business to build a strong Employer Brand. They will establish a strong reputation for the company that consistently draws in a pipeline of high-quality talent.

Qualifications & Experience
The successful individual must have strong expertise and understanding of HR laws and a demonstrated history of retaining high quality talent. This individual will be responsible for leading the development of employees to establish a best-in-class culture.

Required Experience/Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role including prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Knowledge of various interviewing methods.
Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
