Senior Account Manager - Complex IT Services
Leading Private-Equity backed multi-national IT services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join its Account Management team and help drive the growth of the Enterprise Networking & Data Center, Collaboration or Cybersecurity Business Units.
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the key technologies behind one or more of the business units listed above, as well a demonstrable track record of successfully meeting multi-million-dollar sales quotas in a middle-market or enterprise environment. Current knowledge of solutions from key vendors in the relevant business unit is a must. Experience selling Cisco Systems solutions is required.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on complex IT Services sales opportunities with middle-market and/or enterprise customer accounts.
• Identify, Create, Develop and Manage Opportunities in the Sales Pipeline and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Develop and maintain Strategic Relationships with current clients and prospective new accounts.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Project Managers and Implementation Engineers to ensure high-quality customer experience at each stage of the sales lifecycle
  Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Collaboration or Cybersecurity sales experience. 10+ Years' experience desirable.
    
    • Strong, verifiable existing relationships with middle-market or enterprise customer accounts (Cisco Select or Enterprise relationships preferred).
      • Demonstrable track record of achieving $500,000 - $1,000,000+ in annual Gross Profit.
        Desirable Experience
        • Significant experience selling professional and/or managed services highly desirable.
        • Experience with Managed NOC / SOC & Service Desk sales highly desirable.
        • Experience in a "hunter" role, identifying & developing new logo clients.
        • Technical professional / educational background and/or current technical certifications desirable, but not required.
