Relationship ManagerWe are looking for an experienced, innovative
and engaging Relationship Manager to help us support and scale
isolved' s rapidly growing Sales team.
Summary:Relationship Manager would be responsible for establishing
new broker partner relationships, as well as enhancing current
ones. This relationship should encourage the promotion of the
isolved Benefit Services offerings to the brokers book of business.
This relationship building would include service presentation,
system demonstrations, proposal production and some service support
to ensure the relationship stays on target.
Looking for 3 things:1 - Proven sales success (3+ years)2 -
Expertise in the industry. Selling FMLA, HSA, FSA, Cobra, Erisa,
etc.3 - Existing broker relationships
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITIONThe Relationship Manger is
responsible for the following:
- Identifying isolved products and services that serve as
solutions for agents, brokers and other partners.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with partners,
including but not limited to needs analyses, recordkeeping,
proposal and quotes, renewals and service.
- Prospects for new partnerships through associations, clubs,
referrals and other activities.
- Educates and trains partners to effectively represent and sell

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work related
- 1+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
- Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, decision
making, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions
- Must have a valid driver's license.
