Experience in any of the following projects: Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Municipal, Defense, etc. This is a full time / permanent position with a 250-person Design/Build General Contractor in the Denver area. They are heavily focused in projects related to commercial, Healthcare, Municipal, etc. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for multiple Superintendents with ground-up project experience. Benefits Competitive Salary ($130k-$160k) 100% of Health/Vision/Dental Benefits covered PTO / Paid Holidays 401k 4% Match Vehicle / Gas card What You Will Be Doing Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish Develop and manage the project schedule Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite Monitor Construction progress Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc. What You Need for this Position 6 Years Experience as a Superintendent Experience on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Municipal, Industrial, Education, Defense, etc. Excellent planning and problem-solving skills Bachelors in Construction Management (or related) is a plus but not required Benefits - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
