Job Description Job Description My client is a regional Mechanical Contractor and Building Automation company that is actively looking for HVAC Commercial Technicians as well as Building Automation Controls Technicians. Minimum of 5 years experience with maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting a wide range of commercial and industrial AC service and installation issues; •Enjoys mentoring and problem troubleshooting; •Ability to generate and oversee estimating of new jobs; •Demonstrated supervisory or management experience; and •Excellent troubleshooting, well organized, able to meet schedules and deadlines, and able to work independently; •Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals; •Ability to communicate diagnosis, the needed repairs and appropriate options to the customer in a knowledgeable and courteous manner; •100% compliance with all standard company procedures and safety rules; •Excellent customer service skills with a desire and willingness to exceed customer expectations; •Enjoys interacting with people; and •US citizen with excellent driving record and a valid drivers license.
