or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in
program management. 5 years of experience in leadership roles
with/without direct reports. 5 years of experience in data center
networking. Preferred qualifications: Experience in data center
operations. Experience working in organizational settings (e.g.,
shared accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, etc.).

technical expertise to lead multi-disciplinary projects from start
to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements,

executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product

salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

more about benefits at Google . Responsibilities Manage a team of
technical program managers responsible for cross-functional
co-ordination and oversight of data center network and capacity
growth projects in a given region to deliver on on-time delivery
and cycle time goals. Hire, coach and develop a team of program
managers to meet objectives; manage career development and aid in
personal growth of a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs).
Work with direct reports and partner teams to set and implement
short-term and long-term infrastructure delivery strategy for the
region, define and develop cross-team roles, expectations, and
responsibilities. Own and nurture relationships between
cross-functional teams, delivering effective execution at scale
within multi-project programs. Drive process development and
iterative improvement.
