technicians, and engineers, you will develop and implement
automated test systems to enhance production efficiency and
validate product quality. This role involves defining, preparing,
and integrating comprehensive test systems with corresponding
documentation and test software. You will work collaboratively with
electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to ensure
design for testability, build modular test solutions, and design
electrical/digital test interfaces.We are looking for someone to

officeResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement automated test systems and software to
improve production efficiency and validate product quality.
- Define and prepare comprehensive test systems with
corresponding documentation.
- Develop test software for a manufacturing environment, suitable
for use by peers and production technicians.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and systems
engineering teams to ensure test requirements are clearly
defined.
- Ensure design for testability considerations are
implemented.
- Provide support and fixing for existing production test
equipment.
- Determine program scope and cost determination.
- Present test campaign plans, schedules, and results to
customers.
- Report and update test department metrics.Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 6+ years of proven
experience.
- Experience with testing spaceflight hardware.
- Experience in automated control and measurement systems.
- Experience developing integration and test plans/procedures and
reports.
- Ability to handle moderately sophisticated issues and refer
more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Proven solid understanding of the subject matter
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident
(current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as
a refugee or granted asylum.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional
relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusionPreferred
Qualifications:
- Experience with Python and LabVIEW.
- Software - hardware/test equipment integration experience.
- Experience with automation for manual/labor-intensive processes
including gearbox, motor, and actuator assembly testing, PCBA
firmware flashing, PCBA safe to mate, etc.Compensation Range for:CO
applicants is $107,707.00-$150,789.45Other site ranges may
