You will have the opportunity to develop prototypes at the bleeding edge of technology to find the best experiences for our products. We work closely with Apple's Human Interface design team to define the next generation of computing. The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable working in a dynamic and creative environment. You are expected to work quickly and smartly to help determine the viability of ideas and technologies. You will work closely with artists, designers, and engineers to define and prove new application concepts and UX paradigms, and solve incredibly challenging and interesting technical problems.Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Experience using Apple development tools and APIsPreferred Qualifications
  • Passionate about great user experiences.
  • Swift is the primary programming language on a day-to-day basis.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as Swift and/or Objective-C for iOS applications.
  • Good intuition in making time vs. complexity tradeoffs.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with LLMs and Computer Vision.
  • Experience building efficient systems software.At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $128,300 and $237,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
