Come be a part of our mission.Essential Functions:Responsible for
planning and evolving processes and infrastructure to execute
programs supporting rapid capability maturation and
deployment.Integrates development pipelines leveraging automation
with test-driven development tools and continuous integration/test
frameworks.Define and implement the build, deployment,
provisioning, and monitoring standards for the program.Ensures
implementation of Software Configuration Management (SCM), code
quality, and code coverage with automated testing for Continuous
Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Work as part of
an Agile development team to deliver end-end automation of
deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management
framework.Build and configure delivery environments supporting
CD/CI tools using an Agile delivery methodology.Create scripts
and/or templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and
management tasks.Work closely with development teams to create an
automated continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD)
system.Work together with vendors and other IT personnel for
problem resolutionMonitor and support all installed systems and
infrastructure.Develop custom scripts to increase system efficiency
and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.Contribute to
the design of information and operational support systems.Install,
configure, test and maintain operating systems, application
software and system management tools.Oversee the company's
security, backup, and redundancy strategies.Evaluate application
performance, identify potential bottlenecks, develop solutions, and
implement them with the help of developers.This position can be
filled at either a DevOps or a Principal DevOps level.Basic
Qualifications:Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI
clearance to be considered (must be able to obtain/pass a
polygraph)For a DevOps Engineer: Bachelor's degree with 2 + years
of software development experience; 0 years with a Master's; or 6
additional years of experience in lieu of a degreeFor a Principal
DevOps Engineer: Bachelor's degree with 5 + years of software
development experience; 3 years with a Master's; 0 years with a
PhD; or 9 additional years of experience in lieu of a
degree.Administration experience with Linux or related operating
systems.Experience in an Agile software development
frameworkFamiliarity with the Atlassian tool suite (Bitbucket,
Jira, and Confluence)Security+, not needed to start, but must be
able to obtain in 6 monthsPreferred Qualifications:VMWare
Certification or Experience (vRealize Automation (vRO), vRealize
Orchestrator (vRA), vSphere)Excellent communication, interpersonal
skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees
and management"Continuous Integration / Continuous Development
pipeline experienceBuilding applications using Jenkins or Jenkins
like toolsManage containers using container orchestrator Docker,
Kubernetes (K8s) preferredBuild custom scripts to automate tasks
using Ansible, Node.js or JavaSource code management using
Git/BitbucketAdministration experience of Linux and Windows
Operating SystemsExperience of automating tasks using Ansible
and/or TerraformExperience of administering virtualized or
containerized systems in VMWare and DockerWorking practices, such
as Git Branching and release schedulesExperience of secure
virtualization and containerization system designExperience of
designing, deploying, and troubleshooting networking, including
subnetting, VLANs and VPNsExperience of designing, deploying, and
administering cloud-based solutions such as Amazon Web Service
(AWS)Experience of secure network architecture designSalary Range:
$81,000 USD - $121,600 USDSalary Range 2: $99,800 USD - $149,800
USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition
to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
