Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a full-time Special Education
Teacher position serving an elementary school setting with a focus
on a severe needs caseload. The role is contract-based for the
current school year (CSY) and requires active certification by the
Colorado Department of Education (CDE). Location: Arvada, CO Key
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction and support to
elementary students with severe disabilities. Develop and implement
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and
families to promote inclusive learning environments. Utilize
data-driven strategies to monitor and adjust instructional plans.
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state special
education regulations. Qualifications: Active Colorado Department
of Education (CDE) Special Education teaching certification.
Experience working with elementary-age students, preferably with
severe special needs. Ability to manage a caseload with diverse and
complex learning challenges. Strong communication and collaboration
skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Flexibility and adaptability to the demands of a contract position.

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.82 to $49.82.
