Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This full-time Special Education teaching opportunity
is available at an elementary school serving 4th and 5th grade
students with mild to moderate disabilities. Located in Aurora, CO,
this contract role runs from February 12, 2026, through May 21,
2026, providing a meaningful teaching experience within a
supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver
instruction tailored to the individual learning needs of students
with mild to moderate disabilities. - Develop and implement
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with
school staff and families. - Monitor student progress and adjust
strategies to meet educational goals. - Support social, emotional,
and academic development within the classroom. - Maintain accurate
records and comply with district policies and special education
regulations. - Participate in ongoing professional development and
team meetings. Qualifications: - Active Colorado Department of
Education (CO DOE) Teaching Certification in Special Education. -
Experience working with elementary-age students (4th and 5th
grades) preferred. - Ability to work full-time, onsite in Aurora,
CO for the duration of the contract. - Strong communication and
collaboration skills. - Commitment to creating an inclusive and
supportive learning environment. - Immediate availability is
required. Work Schedule: - Full-time, 37.5 hours/week. This role
