In this role, you will engage in direct patient care for
individuals across all age groups, encompassing assessment,
planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will oversee and
coordinate patient care activities alongside ancillary departments
to enhance patient comfort and care quality. Your work will align
with nursing standards, the objectives of our organization, the
guiding principles of our founders, the Arkansas Nurse Practice
Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics, and our
Co-Worker Code of Conduct. All responsibilities should be executed

Position Overview: Education: Completion of a state-approved
professional nursing program. Licensure: Eligibility to sit for the
nursing board examination is required. Experience: No prior
experience necessary. Certifications: A current American Heart
Association Healthcare Provider card is required, or completion of
a course during the probationary period. Working Conditions and
Physical/Mental Requirements: Frequent standing and walking during
shifts. Ability to meet specific physical demands of the unit.
Considerable bending, stooping, and assistance in lifting and
turning patients. Flexibility to work various schedules, shifts,
and days based on patient care needs. Potential exposure to blood
and bodily fluids. Physical tasks may include pushing, pulling, and
gripping up to 50 lbs, pinching up to 15 lbs, and minimal kneeling,
crouching, and crawling. Equipment Used: Specific to the unit.
