THE TYPE OF RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching for someone who can lead a two-man crew installing furnaces, air conditioners, hot water heaters, and ductless mini-split systems for residential customers and meets these qualifications: General electrical knowledge 3 years of experience working as a lead installation tech for residential and very light commercial HVAC equipment EPA certification Valid driver's license and a good driving record NATE certification would be a plus but is not required. Possessing these traits would also be ideal: Excellent customer service skills Exceptional Leadership skills A positive attitude ABOUT SANDERS & JOHNSON, INC.
