Job Description Job Description Job Title: Fabricator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team in producing components and parts for prestressed concrete structures. This role involves the general use of material handling equipment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be open to learning TIG and other forms of welding and fabricating. Responsibilities Fabricate components and parts for prestressed concrete structures. Utilize material handling equipment efficiently. Maintain housekeeping standards and assist with various duties as required. Learn and apply TIG and other welding/fabricating techniques. Essential Skills Blueprint reading skills. Hands-on fabricating experience. Proficiency in MIG welding. Basic fitting experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with TIG welding. Work Environment Work in a hot, primarily indoor shop environment. Expect a busy schedule during the summer months, with a slight slowdown in the winter. Be prepared for longer hours during peak seasons. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
