A company is looking for a Head of Growth & Performance
Marketing to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing roadmap
aligned with company objectives
Manage and optimize paid digital channels to drive qualified
sign-ups and maximize ROI
Own analytics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
and inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing,
ideally within SaaS
Proven track record of scaling digital acquisition channels with a
focus on ROI
Deep understanding of marketing funnels, A/B testing, and
conversion rate optimization
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and
reporting
Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and
motivating high-performing teams
