our Longview campus Status: Full time 40 hours per week Role

the Longview facility will serve as a pivotal leader, ensuring the
seamless operation of a highly complex, highly regulated 24/7 acute

support the growth and development of a dedicated team. The Deputy
Executive Director is responsible for coordinating across all
SummitStone Health Partners (SHP) systems to ensure the effective
administration and operation of the Longview facility. This
includes oversight of laboratory and pharmacy operations, facility
management, scheduling, adolescent programming, and operational
support functions such as safety, transportation, and supply and
procurement. The position also ensures the facility meets its
target goals for urgent care visits, unit admissions, and care
transitions, delivering efficient, equitable, and high-quality

care. Essential Duties: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
administration of the facility and ensuring that all services are
operationally sound, caring, equitable, inclusive, evidence-based,
comprehensive, and accessible to all residents of Larimer County
regardless of ability to pay. Manage large, complex budgets
(including grants), diverse funding streams, facility and service
level licensure, and multifaceted deliverables. Build and maintain
collaborative relationships with community agencies and other
public agencies in carrying out the mission of the facility,
including county agencies, local hospitals and emergency
departments, local direct service providers, criminal justice
partners, law enforcement agencies, and first responders. Provide
operational oversight of laboratory and pharmacy functions,
facility and scheduling, adolescent and adult unit operations, and
operational staff support in the areas of safety support,
transportation, and supply/procurement. Assist in community
communication, education, and awareness regarding services. Conduct
facility/program tours. Organize and facilitate various committees
related to behavioral health services and community needs in
Larimer County. May make formal presentations or handle public
speaking engagements as a representative for SummitStone Health
Partners. Problem-solve difficult administrative issues with
management and implement strategy to resolve issues. Support
workforce development and training in support of the growth needed
for the facility, including conducting performance reviews. Stay
informed of changes to local behavioral health system of care and
engage with community partners on strategic initiatives and funding
opportunities. Provide operational leadership for community-based
care coordination to support community members in search of
behavioral health services. Gather data and prepare a variety of
reports to assist with evaluating quality of service and capacity
in accordance with partnership deliverables as well as state
inquiry and regulation. Monitor outcomes, new program development,
and program improvement. Make recommendations for program changes
as needed. Develop policies and procedures for facility operation
including program and operational compliance and participate in and
management of administrative after hours on-call pool. Required:
Bachelor’s degree in public health administration, business
administration, public policy, or related field required. More than
10 years of broad-based senior level general management
experience-directing and overseeing administration of programs in a
service-driven organization of comparable complexity required. Must
have demonstrated achievement of high standards of high
organizational performance and productivity, in the face of limited
resources and persistent client needs. Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days
of hire and a clean driving record required. CPR and First Aid
certifications required. Highly Desired: Master's degree in public
health administration, business administration, public policy, or
related field preferred. Experience in a 24/7 healthcare facility
and experience in a behavioral health setting are strongly
preferred. Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred. Longview Campus is the
new Acute Care Behavioral Health facility which serves Larimer
County residents in need of urgent help with mental health and/or
