Customer Service Representative/HR Admin
3-4 Month Assignment
The primary focus of this job is to provide timely and accurate
customer service to Human Resources, Corporate Compensation and
other personnel in the field while adhering to company policy and
following internal processing procedure.
Responsible for following documented HRIS best practices in
accordance with compliance.
1.Research and resolves employee HR data related issues. Responds
to inquiries from employees and external customers via telephone,
electronic mail, fax and US Postal mail. Delegates incoming HR data
work to appropriate processor for inclusion in current payroll.
Escalates unresolved issues and complaints to Manager as required.
Responsible for accurate issue tracking and documentation.
Responsible for assuring proper approvals and authorization on all
inbound transactions, before processing.
2.File complete paperwork on a weekly basis.
3.Maintain HR data files and storage.
4.Assist with special projects related to Payroll.
-1-2 years of data processing experience.
-Familiarity with basic human resources functions and standard
policies and procedures.
-Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
-Working knowledge in payroll, human resources and benefit
-Ability to proofread and validate data.
-Ability to meet deadlines.
-Basic knowledge of computer applications.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Ability to articulate the inaccuracies or irrelevancies of the
data submitted in the effective problem resolution process with
contacts outside of the department.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate is a plus.
