Job Description:
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, entrepreneurial Senior Accountant
to join our growing team. In this role, you won’t just be preparing
financial reports — you’ll be providing clarity, structure, and
strategic support to help our new Members get onboarded accurately
and efficiently. You’ll manage the implementation of new Members,
and contribute to the evolution of our tech-first, AI-powered
financial services. If you love clean ledgers, thoughtful analysis,
and streamlining processes — you’re in the right place. What you'll
achieve Deliver a smooth, accurate, and delightful onboarding
experience to all of our new Members. Set up clean, audit-ready
books by managing balance sheets, P&L statements, and account
reconciliations — so our Members can sleep better at night. Track
key assets, liabilities, and loan amortizations, ensuring each
Member has a crystal-clear view of their financial position.
Translate complex financials into easy-to-digest insights for
entrepreneurs who don’t speak “accountant.” Collaborate directly
with Members to design budgets, track actuals, and plan for growth
— you’ll set them up for success with Cast. Recommend smarter
systems and accounting automation that save time and reduce errors
— freeing up our Members to focus on growing their business.
Partner with our product and technology team to build the next
generation of automation in Member onboarding. Who you are

tools in accounting and are always looking to push the envelope on
what technology can solve in your workflows. Soft Skills &
