DescriptionStinson offers an exciting opportunity for law
students to experience daily life as an Associate attorney. Our
Summer Associates gain valuable experience by working on meaningful
assignments and learning from mentors and other seasoned attorneys.
In addition, we coordinate a number of activities and social events
that are designed to foster collegiality among peers and within the

2026 2L Summer Associate positions are currently available in
Denver, CO, Kansas City, MO, Minneapolis, MN, St. Louis, MO and
Tampa, FL.
This position will be offered to exceptional second-year law
students who have demonstrated excellent academic scholarship,
research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.Stinson has
approximately 450 attorneys serving clients from 14 offices. The
firm provides sophisticated transactional and litigation services
to clients ranging from individuals and privately held enterprises
to national and international public companies. The firm offers
regional and national practices in banking and financial services;
bankruptcy and creditors' rights; business, commercial and
financial services litigation; corporate finance; energy, mining,
transportation and natural resources; environmental; health care;
intellectual property and technology; employment, labor and
benefits; private and family owned businesses; real estate; and
estate planning, trusts and tax law.
Stinson's Summer Associate salary is $3,265 per week. Summer
Associates are not eligible for benefits as this is a temporary
position.
