Job Description:Under general direction from the Manager of
Total Rewards, leads and supports compensation activities to
develop and administer compensation programs. Conducts research,
analyzes data, and makes recommendations on compensation. Involved
in strategic development of compensation initiatives. Develops and
participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze
information on organizational competitive position. Acts as
internal consultant for management on compensation matters. Leads
or participates in special projects/compensation initiatives. Key
Responsibilities and Essential Job FunctionsCompensation
- Participates in compensation surveys including the evaluation
and determination of appropriate benchmark matches, analyzes and
reports results and maintains data in compensation management
systems
- Benchmark positions to market using survey data and other
market intelligence to determine competitive strategic ranges that
align with data and are cohesive to the organization
- Ensures compliance within compensation guidelines, budgets, pay
equity, FLSA classifications, ect. and tracks regulatory changes
and trends.
- Effectively communicates with stakeholders regarding the
results of analyses and provides consultation regarding
compensation best practices.
- Ensures job descriptions are accurate and complete when roles
and/or structures change and organize annual review of Job
Descriptions.
- Performs monthly audits to manage and maintain compensation
data.
- Assist with the merit and annual incentive compensation (bonus)
programs including system configurations.
- Documents processes and creates work aids and training
documents as needed and process improvement initiatives to
streamline work and improve customer service.HCM Workday Functional
Lead
- Experience and proficiency with Workday as the HCM lead.
Provides guidance and recommendations to HR team around how HCM
interacts and communicates with other modules and systems.
- Ability to perform self-audits ensuring data integrity and
utmost accuracy.
- Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed systems functions
in order to resolve and anticipate application issues, but also to
verify accuracy and compliance with proceduresRequired
Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in Compensation with some Workday Human
Capitol Management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment
- Strong attention to detail-critical eye for data accuracy
- Able to effectively communicate and interact with personnel at
various levels of expertisePreferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of PayFactors or PayScale preferred.
- Salary survey participation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Workday experience highly desired
- CCP Certification a plusPhysical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Moderate keyboard usageThis position has the following safety

Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to
be $85,000 - $100,000. However, the actual pay range depends each
candidate's experience, qualifications, and job location. Variable
Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company
