Summary: The Program Manager, Colorado Springs Pediatric Mental
Health in the Department of Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent
Psychiatry at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is
responsible for accomplishing the day-to-day administrative,
operational, and financial activities of the Colorado Springs
section of the Division. The Program Manager oversees financial
management, procurement, and human resources activities in support
of the Division's strategic plan. Under the direction of the
Program Director, the Program Manager job duties include but are
not limited to: Organizes and tracks operational processes and data
collection Populates and monitors budget reports for operational,
grant, and foundation funds Manages the analysis and interpretation
of financial information and develops reports to satisfy needs such
as audits, annual reports, financial reports, leadership questions,
etc. Develops and maintains processes to track and report on salary
distributions and clinical FTE Conducts research and benchmarking
on specific topics as assigned Serves as a "customer service"
resource for faculty and answers questions related to salary
distributions, budgets, and human resources policies/procedures
Manages human resources activities for Colorado Springs section
including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and
terminations Oversees procurement for Colorado Springs section and
ensures adherence to University policies and procedures Performs
other related duties, including special projects, as assigned by
the Program DirectorThe ideal candidate is a self-starter with the
ability to take initiative and communicate effectively with the
Program Director and other stakeholders while working independently
on program administration and management. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance,
accounting, healthcare administration, or a directly related field
from an accredited institution 2 or more years of professional
level experience in program management or business administration
including data analysis, reporting, budget administration, and
financial activities A combination of education and related
technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the
bachelor's degree on a year for year basis. A master's degree may
be substituted for 1 year of professional experience. Required:
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of
hire.Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business,
business administration, finance, accounting, healthcare
administration, or a directly related field from an accredited
institution Proficient experience in operations, business
management, organizational behavior, and data management Experience
in University of Colorado Peoplesoft HR systems Experience in
University of Colorado grant management and financial
systemsCompetencies: Ability to communicate effectively, both in
writing and orally. Ability to establish and maintain effective
working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the
institution Outstanding customer service skills, ability to manage
and respond to customer needs and requests in a professional,
timely manner Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to

forecasts Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a
matrix environment Knowledge, experience, and ability to manage
complex information and computer systems Skilled in Excel and

and Benefits: The salary range (or hiring range) for this position
has been established at $$57,764 to $80,870. The salary of the
finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety
of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity,
experience, education, specialty and training.The above salary
range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and
reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the
time of posting.This position is not eligible for overtime
