Job Details
Job Responsibilities
Perform quality control reviews for our audit and review
practice
Handle the peer review process and any PCAOB inspections
Update our quality control manual (to include PCAOB and SEC
information)
In charge of annual independence process
Monitor CPE for entire firm
Develop training for the firm (CPE)
In charge of annual registration with the AICPA, PCAOB, NJCPA as
well as state registrations and renewals as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related
Active CPA license
Minimum 8 Years' Public Accounting Experience
Strong working knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and quality control
standards
Ability to deal effectively and efficiently with partners and
senior management
Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work well both in a team environment and
independently
Demonstrated project management skills and organizational abilities
with an eye for detail
Decision making and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with solution-oriented working approach
Strong organizational and planning skills
Good problem and conflict resolution skills
