business unit, which develops Blue Origin's multiple Blue Moon
lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having
millions of people living and working in space, we are building
sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from
Earth to the lunar surface.As part of a diverse and hardworking
team of engineers and designers, you will work as a Systems
Integrator supporting the Thermal subsystem integration across the
Cargo Delivery Element (CDE) and its interfacing spacecraft,
reporting directly to the CDE Senior Manager. You will share in the
team's impact on all aspects of systems engineering, including
supporting requirements and interfaces generation, technical
performance metrics definition and tracking, test and logistics
planning, and verification, validation, and certification of the
CDE. You will also represent the CDE in cross-functional trades and
impact studies for the element and the Sustaining Lunar Development
(SLD) architecture.Those systems products that you will be
responsible for developing will provide Lunar Transportation lander
vehicles with Cargo Accommodations products to enable unprecedented
crew and mass to surface capabilities.As a Systems Integrator, you
will work directly with NASA and our National Team Partners as part
of the Human Landing System (HLS) SLD program. You will play a key
role in developing the Lunar Transportation system that will return
humans to the Moon and extend human presence permanently beyond the
bounds of Earth.We are looking for someone to apply their technical

and vision is required!Responsibilities include but are not limited
to:
- Serve as a thermal systems integrator, working and negotiating
across the multiple integrated product teams (IPTs) between the CDE
and its supporting spacecraft.
- Develop interface control documents (ICDs) and support the
development of interface requirements documents (IRDs) that may
pertain to a subsystem focus.
- Drive system and subsystem level design, both across the
vehicle and as an integrated configuration with other supporting
spacecraft, as it relates to the thermal system on the CDE.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to
understand vehicle requirements and ensure strong, continued
communications throughout the lifecycle of the mission.
- Support the definition, planning, design, and execution of
system-level integrated tests.
- Apply a variety of technical principles and tools in Systems
Engineering such as CONOPs development, requirements analysis, and
interface definition.
- Develop and coordinate systems products, with help from the CDE
Senior Manager, that are delivered to the National Team
partners.
- Support National Team partners in systems products as they
relate to the test, verification, validation, and certification of
their product deliverables.
- Utilize good engineering and business judgement to ensure the
most efficient and effective product is designed, manufactured,
procured, tested, qualified, and delivered.
- Work independently towardlong-range objectives without
appreciable direction and determine the technical objectives of
assignments to develop approaches to solutions.
- Perform technical work and provide technical leadership of the
highest caliber.
- Embody, promote, and coach the Blue Origin leadership
principles.

Qualifications:
- B.S. in Aerospace, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical,
Software Engineering or related technical subject area.
- Successful candidates typically have 2+ years of relevant
systems integration experience.
- Experience with work systems and subsystem-level specification
documents, including with supplies, to drive design, integration,
testing, verification, and validation.
- Deep technical knowledge in thermal systems hardware design,
manufacturing, integration, and test to serve as a dedicated
subsystem integrator for the CDE.
- Experience in spacecraft (satellites, (un)crewed spacecraft,
payloads, etc.) or aircraft (commercial, military) design.
- General knowledge of overall systems engineering process and
technical budgets.
- General knowledge of space systems design and requirements
(e.g., avionics, vibration, shock, EMI/EMC, acoustics, electrical
grounding/bonding) and mechanical hardware design.
- Experience regularly providing imaginative and detailed
technical solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication
skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident
(current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as
a refugee or granted asylum.Preferred Qualifications:
- M.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical, Systems, Software,
or related technical subject area.
- Experience across the full systems engineering life cycle.
- Experience with software tools such as JAMA, DOORS, DOORS Next
Generation, Cameo, Confluence, JIRA, Git, Creo, and Windchill.
- Experience solving a variety of thermal problems demonstrating
breadth in application.
- Vendor technical management experience.
- Familiarity with Thermal Desktop and Sinda/Fluint, including
model validation and test correlation.Compensation range for on
site WA applicants is $96,480 - $136,072Compensation range for on
site CO applicants is $88,440 - $123,816Other site ranges may
