work. Experience: --- 36 months of Nurse Management experience is
required. --- Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: ---
Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license in hand
at the time of application. --- This role may require floating to
additional units and locations --- Candidates must live at least 60
miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for
this role. --- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious
and medical declinations accepted. --- Flu vaccination required for
onboarding. Medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules

OR. Applicants will need OR management experience, as well as Level
1 trauma center experience. 3 years RN experience required 1 year
clinical leadership experience required Bachelor Degree Nursing
Required BSN or MSN Required Master Degree Preferred Shift Details:
As needed on weekends only. Covid Boosters are preferred, but not
